Description

Polyurethane coils possess outstanding memory , a soft feel and superior flexibility. These coils are extraordinarily tough and resistant to abrasion, overstretching, kinking and repeated flexing.   Material Length 10 Ft /// Working Length 8 Ft  /// Retracted Length 7 inches.

This is the most user friendly tubing, coiled or straight, out of the 14  I have tested.

It is soft, supple and extremely light. The only thing better is no tubing at all.

This adapter is using a new type of connection called push on fittings for the hose.   $36.00

This is a industrial product and is very resilient and easy to work with. The following

will show you how is works.

Due to product shortages Coil tubing may come in clear or gray.

How to use quick-connect push-on fittings

Referred to by different names, “Quick-Connect”, “Push-To-Connect”,
or “Push-On” fittings are very easy to use and reuse.
Simply push tubing into fitting… Done!  To release the airline simply pull back
on the fitting collar and the airline slides out easily

Inserting and Removing Airline

TO INSERT: Simply push airline all the way into fitting. Internal lock claws grab and hold airline

TO REMOVE: Push airline and “release ring” on fitting down firmly. Then while still holding “release ring” down pull airline out.

Make certain the airline is cut perfectly straight by using a tube Cutter
or a sharp utility knife, do not use scissors as they will crimp the
airline and restrict airflow.

Before removing the airline, make certain that the pressure inside
the tube is zero.  Attempting to remove the airline with pressure
will potentially damage the airline and Push-On fitting.

What is the maximum pressure that the hose can withstand?

  2. john steach

It is rated at 250 PSI at 70 degrees. I run at 175 psi with no issues up to 125 degrees.
