MY argon wine adapter handle is REFILLABLE. Just connect the quick disconnect to the handle and in 1 second the handle is charged with enough argon to fill 3 to 13 five once glasses, depending on how much pressure is coming out of the regulator. My refillable handle has been pressure test to 1000 psi. My recommendation is 500 and lower due to high pressures. I have a quick disconnect on the end of the hose, much like a air hose connection. This device will attached
to all my other quick disconnects products I have sold.

There is also a slide check valve , allowing to turn off the gas at the line, not the tank. I would advise to shut off gas after every fill up to avoid accidental opening of the slide check valve.
